DELOS TOUR
The island of Delos, located opposite Mykonos Island, is a magnificent outdoor museum in the heart of the Aegean Sea. During antiquity, Delos Island was one of the greatest settlements in the region, both on a religious and a commercial level. It was a very important port for seafaring peoples, from Syria, Italy and Egypt. Travellers would bring gifts for Apollo, who according to mythology was born on this island with his twin sister Artemis, including marbles, gold, statues, and mosaics, much of which was found during excavation and are displayed here or in museums. Our short tour of Delos enables participants to see the temples, shrines, and other amazing structures that have survived entire millennia and stand as evidence of the greatness of the Ancient Greek civilization.

MYKONOS TOWN & ISLAND TOUR

Going on a tour of Mykonos Island is a relaxing and extremely enjoyable experience, especially if you are seated in one of our air-conditioned buses and guided by our experienced English-speaking or French-speaking tour guides. Our Mykonos Town and Island tour will take you to the most impressive places and entertain you with the local lore of the island. The tour includes a visit to the traditional village of Ano Mera, where you can see the beautiful Monastery of Panagia Tourliani and relax in the charming square.

As Mykonos is famous for its stunning coastline, we visit the beaches of Agios Stefanos, Paradise, and Agios Ioannis, which was admired by Shirley Valentine in the homonymous film. In Mykonos Town, your guide will take you through the picturesque alleyways and to the main attractions of the town, including the trademark windmills, the area of ‘Little Venice’, the Church of Panagia Paraportiani, and the area of ‘Kastro’.

TINOS TOUR
While vacationing in Mykonos, you may want to get a glimpse of one of the neighboring islands, such as Tinos, one of the loveliest islands in the Aegean Sea. Our Tinos tour takes us through sweeping hills, lemon grooves, traditional villages, and to mountainside monasteries. Tinos is an island untouched by mass tourism and therefore retains much of its authentic Greek-island character. Our air-conditioned bus transports us to the village of Pyrgos, which is a small hamlet built entirely with marble; from the pavement the streets to window frames and furniture. From there we visit the village of Volax, which is famous for its woven baskets - a skill that has existed in the village for many generations - and its locally-grown herbs and teas. As we tour the island, you are provided spectacular view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding Cyclades Islands. We break for a swim and lunch in a small fishing village, visit a wonderful monastery, and stop to take photos of the traditional dovecots, which are small architectural masterpieces. In Tinos Town, the capital of the island, we will wander through the cobblestone streets and visit the magnificent, miracle-working Church of Evangelistria. In the evening, the harborfront is especially beautiful, lined with traditional Greek tavernas and cafes, creating a breathtaking image to end our fabulous tour of Tinos Island.
